Counselling Therapy


Counselling is a two way process between the counsellor and client. We help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil; seek to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behaviour change and optimal mental health. Counselling falls under the umbrella term “talking therapies” and deal with their concerns in a safe, confidential environment. Types of Counselling: Individual / Group; Couple and Family Counselling
