Career Counselling Process

Step 1: Career Assessment Tests includes a battery of standardized tests i.e. (Intelligence, Aptitude, Interest and Personality) which will give insight about who you are and what suits you. These tests can be administered individually or in group format. They are either Paper-Pencil Test / Online Testing. Intelligence test is to measure the ability to think, to learn from experience, to solve problems, and to adapt to new situations. These are used for educational placement, assessment of intellectual disability and evaluating job applicants. It gives an overall intellectual functioning of the client. Aptitude test is a structured systematic ways of evaluating how people perform on tasks or react to different situations. The aptitude test will consist of various sub tests. These subtlest include an Abstract Reasoning Test, Verbal Reasoning Test, Numerical Reasoning Test, Spatial Reasoning Test, Analytical Reasoning Test and Data analysis Test. Interest test, is designed for the purpose of measuring and evaluating the level of an individual’s interest in, or preference for, a variety of activities. Personality test is a standardized instrument designed to reveal aspects of an individual’s characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.

Step 2: Comprehensive Assessment Report is prepared. It is explained in detailed by our experienced career counsellors, who are certified to aid an individual on how to choose a career. It includes scores and interpretation of the specific tests and an overall graphically presentation of the clients performance.

Step 3: One to One Personal Career Counselling: The student along with his / her guardian attends a session with the senior counsellor who would use your career report to help you identify your career path, helping to make an informed career decision.
